This helps determine your potential eligibility for mortgage pre-approval.
Step 2
Loan Consultant Review
A Team Assist member reviews your information and identifies:
- Strengths in your application
- Potential lender concerns
- Documentation you may need
You will be contacted for a short 15-minute review call.
Step 3
Preparation for Lender Pre-Approval
Guiding you through securing financial & other documentation required for lender evaluation.
If Pre-Approval is not possible at the moment, our Mentoring Team will reach out to assign a
mortgage coach or mentor to better help you secure your Pre- Approval in a timely manner. Additional fees will apply to mortgage coaching & mentoring programs. The Mentoring Team will discuss your options with you.
