You will be contacted for a short 15-minute review call.
Step 3
Preparation for Lender Pre-Approval
After the review, you will be guided through securing the documentation needed for lender evaluation, including:
- Pay stubs
- Bank statements
- Tax returns
- identification
Your file can then be securely submitted to a licensed loan officer for pre-approval.
